Who We Are

Christa Brandt, Principal

I bring fifteen years of operational and accounting background from both a consulting and industry perspective. My degree is in Business Management from California State University, Fresno. 

Early in my career I had the unique opportunity to spend several years on the operational side of an organization which allowed me to see where the numbers originate.  This exposure developed my ability to assess business processes, and connect operational realities with accounting practices.

My experience as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manger and Cost Analyst gives me a deep understanding of the transactional detail that is the cornerstone of meaningful management level information. I have extensive experience designing and implementing accounting systems, building dashboard reporting packages, as well as implementing and utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.  My technical SQL skills give me a unique edge in the Finance and Accounting realm.

My true passion is helping business owners feel empowered and become successful by providing them the tools to monitor, track and measure what is important to their business.

Renea Rayner, Principal

I am a highly energetic professional with 10 years combined accounting, finance, and consulting experience emphasizing in accounting operations, cost analysis, and internal controls.

Upon graduating from Washington State University with a BS in Finance, I landed the role of Finance Manager for a start up company and found myself responsible for establishing everything from internal controls, to selecting and implementing accounting and CRM systems, to formalizing HR policies.  My experience there was invaluable in teaching me just what it takes to get a company up and running.

I have continued to expand the breadth and depth of my experience serving as a Cost Accountant, Controller, and Senior Consultant for small to medium sized business. 

Having been on the other side of the fence when it comes to consulting services, I understand what it means to need the most from a limited budget.  I am dedicated to being a creative problem solver who strives to implement proper solutions given available resources, maximizing benefit while minimizing costs.
